      Our company specializes in developing, manufacturing and introduction of technologies and equipment for processing grain. From 1996 to June 2005 the company was known as JSC "Ukragroprod. Since June 2005 the company reorganized in "OLIS".
      Research and engineering staff are professionals who had  received basic vocational education, including graduate degrees, the technology of flour, cereals and other professions related to the processing of grain in the Lomonosov Technological Institute of Food Industry in Odessa. Part of our specialists began their career in research groups and enterprises of the former bakery. Today, they have significant research and production experience at the industry level. Young employers have already made their first practical steps in our company. They are characterized by democracy in choosing the means of solving technical problems and the constant need for revision of traditional attitudes. The core of our design team and production staff consists of former machine tool, whose excellence is known far outside of Odessa.
      We invent, experiment, design, construct, manufacture, implement, train and continually educate ourselves. To carry out its activities we have the necessary research and production base. Some work is performed in the framework of cooperation.
      The ideology of our work is the search for simple techniques to solve complex technological problems, this allowing for significant economic effect. Successful implementation of the chosen direction provided by our long-term work on final design of dozens of different mills and grain manufactories, domestic and foreign manufacturers. As a result of this work is constantly forced to look for effective methods of correcting other people's shortcomings and mistakes, creating for this new technology parts and equipment for their realization. Today, continuing to work on reconstruction, we are creating a new production of grain processing, knowing exactly "how to do and how not to do." Therefore, our facilities compare favorably with the efficiency of the created by traditional approaches.
      Mechanical engineering is not our goal in itself. We are happy to use in our projects, where appropriate, the best equipment, both domestic and foreign producers. However, the original technological machines that determine the efficiency of the production process, are made only on our own engineering facilities to ensure the required reliability, functionality and aesthetics.
