Grain separator RAY SBV

Purpose: cleaning cage designed for cleaning grain crops of large, small and light impurities on the mechanized currents, elevators and other grain processing facilities.
Description:
BEAM-cleaning machine SOA consists of air and sieve separators. Initial seed going into the machine through the suction intake, blown opposite flow of air, thus there is a separation of light impurities. Then the grain falls into the sieve drum, where it is cleaned of impurities, differing in size. The obtained fractions refined grain and impurities separately removed from the machine through the discharge pipes. Cleaning screens is made with brushes.
Air separator (aspirator) is available in two versions: with open loops of air and closed-loop air Fig.1. Sieve separator (sieve drum) Fig. 2 allows the following operations: preliminary treatment, primary treatment, secondary treatment (sorting, calibration).

Advantages:

Air separator with a closed-cycle air that does not require additional installation of the fan and cyclone, and also eliminates the emission of dust-laden air into the atmosphere.
Reliability of grain separator provide simple and material-design.
Due to the lack of fast moving parts separator does not injure the seeds and can be effectively used for thorough cleaning and calibration of any seed for 4-5 fractions.
As the screens in the grain separator used conventional stamped cloth, which are installed and secured in the separator with no padding on the frame or some other preliminary work.
