Тестомесилка ТЛ-2Kneader TL-2 is designed for making dough from whole grain wheat (meal), flour and baking pasta  and ground in determining the quantity and quality of gluten. It is used in grain-labs, mills, bakeries, and GHI and research organizations.
       How it works kneader consists in mixing the components placed in the bowl, education in it's test, as a result of intensive mixing with rotating pins.
      Kneader consists of the following components: Bowl (cylindrical glass), kneading heads, actuator, control panel, elektropanels, corps.
      The bowl is made in the form of a cylindrical glass from plastic, with a capacity of not beating 250smkub. It is installed in the cavity of kneading heads and fixed bayonet clip. Kneading heads have a locking device that eliminates the engine is started by removal or improperly installed dezso.
