Flour sieving RMR-4

Purpose and scope:
      Sieving self-balancing RMR-4 is designed for sorting into fractions largest milling products of wheat grain in the maquila industry for high-grade grinding. Sieving can be used for sorting of the faction-grinding grain products of other cultures. The principle of screening is to parallel and sequential screening of the product through a set of flat horizontal screens, make circular translational motion. Source product from the reception boxes enters the feeders, where divided into three streams, sent to the sieve frame body, through which the process is screening.

Advantages over similar gradings:
      The absence of dynamic loads on the floor.
      Mass screening in running order in two to three times less than the same.
     Body screening and screening frame is made of aluminum and stainless steel, which provides modern sanitary-epidemiological requirements in the production to date.
