Machines for cleaning the surface of grain (hulling machine) IBO-3, MAO-3

Purpose and scope:
Machines are designed for cleaning the surface of grains of mineral impurities, partial removal of barbs, the embryo and torn envelopes. They are used in grain-cleaning units for the preparation of grain mills to grind.

Description:
Hulling machine consists of a frame, drive and chassis which can be mounted rotor with whips, and sieve сlamping ring (IBO-3), rotor with abrasive discs and sieve сlamping ring (MAO-3). These working bodies are interchangeable, allowing dependent on the machines in the scheme of treatment for each batch of grain to pick up the most efficient сompletion.Grain enters the machine through the suction intake and processed as a result of interaction with the working bodies and due to friction between them. Refined grains derived from the machine through the exhaust pipe, and the waste is removed through the bottom of the funnel for dust.
