Tumble flakes SCE
Purpose and scope:
Dryer SCE is designed for thermal processing (drying and cooling) air blown flakes.
Description:
Original product comes in the drying zone sieve. This heat treatment is carried out by fluidization air, while air is passed through the product opposite to gravity. Each particle of the product is washed by air, so that the drying air is given the maximum external surface of the product. The product is constantly moving from the point of loading to the point of discharge, which prevents overheating. The hot air coming through the fan and heaters, served in the drying zone of sieves, and the cold air through the fan served in the cooling zone of sieves. The dried and cooled product is discharged through a valve.
