Base yield of flour, depending on the type of grinding implemented: *
- Monocultivar grind exit flour 72%;
- Two-sort grind exit flour 65%, 8% of first grade;
- Three-sort grind exit flour 60%, first grade flour 10%; flour Class II 6%;
- Two-sort and grinding plant with a better selection of flour in quantities up to 60%.

The work of the mill is provided by the operator with central control panel.
Technological scheme of the mill, developed under the provision of flour at the interregional level, bakeries, pastry, pasta production and has the following features:

- Consistent quality grinding in the cold season ensured by heater grain;
